Personalized Instruction

Yoga Instruction at The Woman Warrior Academy is unique. Like our Personal Training, we will base your yoga practice on your personal constitution, strength, power, dis-ease patterns, + short and long-term goals.

Our instructors have training in multiple modalities that support the five Koshic layers of the body: physical, energetic, mental-emotional, intuition, and spiritual. We can incorporate yoga practice into your personal training regimen to help support your progress and reduce injury, or the yoga can stand alone as a means to improved balance, stability, clarity, focus, and more.

Our yoga instructors are ready to help you reach your goals in whatever capacity you may be looking for.

Instructors

Dr. Satyavani Gayatri

Dr. Satyavani has been teaching yoga, meditation and pranayama for over 30 years. She earned her advanced 500-hour yoga teaching credential from the Kripalu Institute and was initiated as an Acharya into the Kripalu lineage over a decade ago.

Prajna Madhavi

Prajna earned her 200-hr. Yoga Certification in 2018 and her advanced 500-hour certification in 2019 through the Ayurvedic Woman Program and was initiated as an Acharya in the Kripalu lineage in 2021.
