This is where you choose according to the amount of weight you are looking to lose.

A program plan will be established with you according to your current health and considering any medications currently being used. Supplements can include: Ashwagandha, Berberine, Triphala, Turmeric, Creatine, + Resveratrol but will vary based on client profile.
