What Is the Academy + What Do We Do?
We consider ourselves practical Vedic Scientists. We live our life through this ancient lens but apply it to the modern world in a way that makes sense for you.

We believe women deserve optimal health on all layers of the self – physical, energetic, mental-emotional, intuitive, and spiritual. In the Vedic Science (Ayurveda, Yoga + Jyotish) these 5 layers are known as the Koshas. Dr. Satyavani and Prajna examine these Koshas within each woman and help them turn them into a superpower so they can experience their best life.

You ask us “What do you do?” and we say “What do you need?” Then we power you up for greatness.

The 3 main avenues we use to assist women are:

Through One-on-One Guidance: “Work With Us”. Whether you want personal training, nutritional guidance, or spiritual coaching we will challenge you to be accountable for your health and well-being at one of our affiliated facilities, at your home/work space or online.

Through Group Programming + Retreats: Join the Ayurvedic Woman Program (AWP) 2.0 or one of our Empowerment Retreats and dive into an inquiry about yourself with women just like you.

    Through Our Branded Trainerize App: Making fitness training, nutritional guidance, and coaching accessible to anyone through the Woman Warrior Academy branded app. The app includes fitness and nutrition programs that are catered to your individual needs based on the principles of Ayurveda, spiritual coaching sessions that help you dive deeper into your purpose, and weekly check-ins from your coach and trainer.
